In the second scene a traffic officer is telling a hirsute young man that a hair net would increase visibility. In the third scene a traffic officer is issuing a ticket to a man who crashed into the traffic officer's car. In the fourth scene a traffic officer is telling a young woman pedestrian wearing a mini skirt that she would reduce distraction to motorists if she wore a longer skirt.
