Description: Cadastral and surveying map and four diagrams. The map comprises large numbered sections with acreages and small numbered subdivisions. The area covered is from Diagram 1 to the approach of Wainuiomata Hill. The Wainuiomata Trig is marked and a note referring to a larger section states that subsoil has been removed for waterworks processes. Diagrams 2 and 3 join the Wainuimata Hill approach to the Francis Bell Reserve. The main map is of cadastral sections from the Francis Bell Reserve to Lowry Bay to Gracefield. Diagram 4 details the pipeline easement between Lowry Bay Scenic Reserve and Gracefield Road, at the Quarry Reserve. Various Deposited Plans are referred to. Diagram 1 is of section boundaries in the Hutt Registration District, Lower Hutt Borough. Diagram 2 is of true section boundaries in the Lowry Bay Registration District. Diagram 3 is of true section boundaries and Mr Hounsell's section boundary. Diagram 4 is an enlargement of a pipeline casement. Five stamps of approval include the signatures of M.
