Description: Records consist of minutes and correspondence 1968-1984, which appear to be the only surviving records of the time when the Congress was located at Lae, together with minutes, press releases, and other papers. Source of title - Transcribed The predecessor of the Congress was the Federation of Workers Associations, which was formed in 1969, and based at Lae.
