Aulsebrook & Company, Aulsebrooks & Co

John Aulsebrook migrated to New Zealand in 1859 where he started this biscuit factory at Christchurch in either 1863 or 1868. The company later manufactured confectionery as well as biscuits. The main office was in Auckland in 1982.
