Description: Shows newsclipping of a letter complaining ("Sounds as a dump") about the amount of rubbish dumped in the Marlborough Sounds. Heath envisages Cook Strait completely full of rubbish so that one can walk across rather than having to depend on the Cook Strait ferry or high air fares. Published in the Dominion, 11? March 1976.
