Most of the people are identified, but many have only initials with surnames. Holidays at Lake Waikaremoana, New South Wales, Milford track; a drive over the Rimutaka Road. This album of unidentified photographic prints relates to John Buchanan (1819-1892) and the Buchanan family of Elsthorpe estate, Napier. Contains studio portraits of John Buchanan and various family members as adults and as children taken during the family's residence in Sydney, Australia, and in New Zealand.
