Andersen, Bill, 1924-2005

Member of the NZ Communist Party and later, the Socialist Unity Party. Formerly a seaman, he became an activist and then Secretary of the Northern Drivers' Union. Was also involved in the formation of Combined Beneficiaries Union. Died at Auckland in Jan 2005.
