Description: The report to shareholders was published in London on 15 November 1906, signed by the secretary William S Hogg. The front page shows the names of the British directors, and gives the names of New Zealand local board members Nicholas Reid, J G W Aitken, and William Fraser. The New Zealand manager M Macpherson is also listed as are other personnel in Australia and Britain. The New Zealand Land Association was incorporated as the Waikato Land Association in 1879. In 1893 it was "the company at present carrying on the business of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, pending reconstruction". Photographs include views of an ornately carved wooden cover; the front cover decorated with a pattern of oak leaves and acorns; the back cover with the City of Wellington coat of arms, motto `Suprema a situ'. As well as the illuminated address, the album includes eight photographic reproductions of paintings by C N Worsley, all relating to the Wellington area.
