Description: Shows two horse-drawn vehicles in the foreground, a man on horseback, two others on bicycles and people promenading. Beyond is a four-storey building, with domes at each corner, and Wellington Harbour in the background to the right The Government Printing Office, corner Bunny Street and Lambton Quay had its Bunny street frontage erected in 1887. Work then stopped until 1896 / 1897, when the Lambton Quay frontage was built. In 1935, the higher architectural details and the domes were removed as earthquake risks.
