Deed is a settlement between Henry Elmhirst Reader and his wife Elizabeth Mary Reader (as one party) and Edmund George Reader, brother of Elizabeth, and Richard Bethell (as the other party) regarding the estate of John Lillie, father of Elizabeth Mary Reader. The deed was drawn up by T. S. Duncan, Solicitor, of Christchurch, New Zealand.
