An architectural plan for a house designed by James Walter Chapman-Taylor to be built at Silverstream. Attributed to 'J.C.W Chapman-Taylor ARCH Silverstream'. Contains drawings for a one storey house comprising; four side elevations, a section view, a block plan, a plan of basement laundry, and a floor plan. The plan is annotated in pencil with measurements, details of materials, and sketches of additional features. The floor plan is marked in blue ink. Plan bears the stamp of the printing company.
