Relates the author's experience with playing poker, and talks about his experience of participating in the NZ Festival of Poker (NZFP), noting the tactics he uses in his games. Talks to participants in the NZFP about the elements of skill and chance in the game, and the attractions of playing. Looks at how professional and frequent poker players are perceived.
