Discusses the process of drafting and consulting on the document, how the Code expands on Clause E2 (External Moisture) of the Building Code, revised 2011, the lack of regulation in waterproofing not being a recognised building trade, dealing with below-grade products in the marketplace, and the goals of the Association.
