"This new revised and expanded 2006 edition is different from all previous editions of The higher power you can use due to the addition of the commentary by Murdo Macdonald-Bayne to his above titled book. A mimeograph book version, published by Murdo MacDonald-Bayne himself of The higher power you can use (it was known in those days as The masters' course' was available at his World Tour lectures from 1938. The L.N. Fowler first hardback edition of The higher power you can use has no date, but it is presumed to be published after WW2 about 1945. The commentary notes are taken from a series of lectures he gave in Johannesburg between 1945-6"--Publisher's preface.
