Plus typescript letter of 23 December 1953 from Wanganui City Council about the civic reception at Cook's Gardens in Wanganui, and leaflets showing seat numbers H5 and H6 on the dais.
8 January: Also includes an invitation to the civic reception in Wanganui, printed in gilt, erroneously dated Friday 8th January 1953 (instead of 1954)
9 January: Invitation to Mr and Mrs W A Sheat to attend the official opening of the Wellington Show and Industrial Fair, by the Right Honourable S G Holland
