Description

Accompanying note from cartoonist states "New Zealand has such a proud history of facing up to (via war) 'death squad' regimes round the world. The accusation that we are giving intelligence to torturers/killers in Bangladesh at least deserves speedy examination and a consequent 'bill of health' from the Government." Depicts two Bangladeshi soldiers apprehending a protester while another figure holding a weapon looks on. Refers to allegations that the New Zealand Government Communications Security Bureau was providing intelligence to Bangladesh.
