Shows four frames. In the first frame two women are passing a police car with a speed camera on the back. One woman says to the other, 'Those are darn good things. They're to stop those fool speed hogs - and I've never seen a better detergent.' The second frame shows a man frowning while registering his vehicle. In the third frame, the same man is renewing his car licence. The final frame shows a car slipping around on a frosty road
