Depicts two farmers looking at a bulge in a water hose. Behind them is a range of snowy mountains. One holds the hose up to his eye and says it looks like a tennis ball is stuck in the hose. Refers to controversy over revelations that Education Minister David Benson-Pope had put a tennis ball in the mouth of a pupil during his past career as a teacher, and Benson-Pope's role as Environment Minister as government develops plans for sustainable management of New Zealand's freshwater.
