Description

Shows the lake with a sail boat moored in the foreground, a wooden jetty at the right with a two-masted boat against it, and further away at right, a boatshed and smaller sheds with a paddle-steamer pulled up beside it, possibly the paddle-steamer 'Antrim', constructed in 1868, or the 'Mountaineer', built in 1879. In the distance, the snow-peaked Remarkables can be seen
