Slides taken by Muriel Edwards of various towns and scenes in the South Island, circa 1960s-1970s. Images include: St Peter's Church and a number of other buildings in Queenstown; Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables, and Kawerau Dam; Frankton Protestant Church; an event in Ferrymead with decorated floats, men dressed in tails and top hats, the locomotive Ivanhoe, and R & J Stevens Drapery and Fancy Goods; and images taken on a trip from Weka Pass to Hamner, with a roadside stall decorated with shells, the Hurunui Hotel, Waiau Ferry Bridge, and Hamner Springs.
