Shows a Department of Conservation worker stuck in a bear claw trap, thanking Minister of Conservation, Nick Smith, who walks away from the trap, holding papers labelled, 'RMA review' and 'Mining rights'. Smith tells him, 'Don't mention it'. Refers to the review of the Resource Management Act, which includes a proposed change to allow government ministers to intervene in resource consents and diminish the role of the Environmental Court.
