Commentary from the artist: 'Stephen Joyce, aka 'Mr Fixit', seems to be busy inculcating the idea that teachers should get used to the idea that it's normal to exist in a very abnormal state of payroll nightmare.'
Shows a classroom full of panicked teachers being attacked by crocodiles. On the blackboard an oblivious 'Mr Fix-it' chalks the acronym 'SNAFU'. The malfunctioning of the teachers' payroll software program 'Novopay' continued despite the appointment of a taskforce under the minister Steven Joyce to address the problem.
