Cartoon regarding the problem-laden school payroll system, Novopay, which has had over 8,000 errors since it was implemented in August 2012, including teachers being paid too much, too little, or not at all. Commentary from the artist: 'Given the colossal problems with the Novopay system up to Christmas, doesn't it seem odd that the responsible Minister should then go on holiday for all of the brief period available to cure the problems before school goes back in the new year??? You can guess what's about to happen [You heard it here first].'
