Villa centred on lawn with rose bed, shrubs and trees. A vegetable garden appears at right. A windmill stands at rear. Location Morven area. Photograph taken in the 1920s by Robert Percy Moore. Robert Sinclair listed as farmer at Morven in Wise's Post office Directory 1926.
Inscriptions: Marginal notes on negative - right of image - "Mr R. Sinclair, Box 15, Morven 1 oils. White house, black facings, red roof. Red windmill. Iron wheel. Light and dark green foliage on left. White blossoms on tree underneath palm. Rose bed in centre of lawn, has pink red and cream roses. White, yellow and purple pansies. Scarlet geraniums at doorstep and under bay windows. Golden tipped leaves on palm on right of house. Yellow flowers in centre. Flowers to right, pinks blue and yellow."
