An arrangement of text interspersed with illustrations of a pair of huia at centre left, and a tui at the lower border, interpsersed with clematis and rata. There is a coat of arms at lower left, featuring three huia feathers and the words: "Nga Rangatira; Kia ora Korua". At top right is the British coat of arms in gilt. The five stages of the programme are listed at the right, with mention of the Garrison Band.
