A menu with a reproduction of a poem by A P Herbert for the occasion. Sir Jocelyn Lucas was in the chair, and Viscount Cobham and captain Wilson Whineray were present. The front cover cartoon shows two British guests looking at the big boots beneath their table and thereby recognising that the All Black fullback kicker Don Clarke is the player seated opposite.
Front cover is signed in blue ink at top left by John Graham, a member of the All Black team.
