Description

Shows Minister of Finance, Michael Cullen, on roller skates with a little rocket attached to his back that makes a tiny 'pfft!' noise that fails to propel Michael Cullen at all. In front of him is a cheerful roadrunner 'Australia' bird which squawks 'meep meep!' as it flies off. Michael Cullen thinks that maybe he really does need a 'big bang' one. Refers to Michael Cullen's statement that tax cuts will not be big ones in the soon to be announced 2008 budget which may mean that Australia looks increasingly attractive to some New Zealanders.
