Description

Shows the offices of the Federation of Labour. A sign on the door says that Tom Skinner, President of the FoL, has gone to Geneva for the International Labour Organisation Conference. There is a suitcase on the floor belonging to Arthur Faulkner, the Minister of Labour, and he is talking on the phone in Skinner's office. The receptionist is saying to an observer that she thinks Faulkner is 'some sort of caretaker government Mr. Skinner appointed'.
