Survey map for a subdivision of 28 residential lots and a new road (William Avenue) off Matai Road, Raumati. Five lots have rights of way, and two lots are designated as Crown land. Approximate contour lines are drawn at intervals of 10 feet. The subdivision took place in two stages. A final plan for ten lots and a road reserve, dated February 1953, was deposited in June 1953 (DP 16723). A second plan for 18 lots and William Ave, dated Sept 1953, was deposited in May 1954 (DP 17177).
