This copy has fold-marks, repairs to tears lower right and lower left, and has been glued to a linen back. It includes MS notes in ink, lower left: 'Specimen to be submitted to the Hon.l Col. Treasurer so that he may say if he considers it of sufficient merit to come up to the expectations made by Mr Willis in his letter Jan 17 1885, as this is the arrangement on which payment was to be made - Mr Willis accepting the ? of ?ing of the cut manner.
