Shows the words 'The expenses are mightier than the sword' with the ink from the last letter trickling down the page. Refers to the sacking of Dr Richard Worth, Minister of Internal Affairs by the prime minister from the cabinet. Richard Worth was sacked for the offering of jobs to a woman in return for sexual favours but this came after Labour had suggested that "personal expenses" on a trade trip he led to India in February as chairman of the India Trade Group were privately paid for him. There is a play on the proverb 'the pen is mightier than the sword' by changing the word 'pen' to 'expenses' which refers to his behaviour.
