Shows Holland and another man holding down a large balloon which has #185,000,000 written on the side. The balloon has gone flat and they are squeezing the remaining air into the end of the balloon. A small dog is watching them from nearby. Refers to failed attempts to bring the overdraft total down which resulted in increasing overdrafts to higher than it's ever been before.
