Series of photographs taken during the last Library School graduation ceremony held in 1978. Certificates are being presented by the Minister of Education, Merv Wellington. Mary Ronnie, National Librarian, and Chris Keyes one of the graduating students, have been identified. Photographs taken by the National Publicity Studios.
