Survey map for a subdivision of 39 residential lots, 7 rural lots, rights of way, a road reserve, and new roads (Leinster Avenue, Sydney Crescent), off Poplar Avenue, Raumati. Approximate contour lines are drawn at intervals of 10 feet. Part of the land is described as well grassed sandhills, and part as deep peat. Includes a locality plan, scale 1:7 920. The final plan, dated August 1953, was deposited in November 1954 (DP 17564).
