Description

Shows two men (NATO and UN) leaning against each other asleep. One of them (NATO) is holding a burning cigar. On a table in front of them are two glasses holding false teeth in water. In the distance clouds of smoke form the words `Bosnia' and `Bihac'. Refers to the poor attempts by UN and NATO to resolve the situation in the former Yugoslavia.
