Inscriptions: Recto - bottom right - TSM; Recto - top left - 1/4 scale drawing finished from this. 14 days hard work. Hot wind blowing enough to kill - 150 [degrees] huricane[sic] - nought on but duck[?]-vest and slippers. Working from 4am to 7.30 pm - no time for meals - smoked during draughting time.
