Letter from Edith Lyttleton to Mr Field discussing the designs of a ten room cottage Lyttleton wished to have built. The cost of the project was to be 800 pounds including architect fees. Letterhead reads `Fairhill, Tonbridge' (no date).

Edith Lyttleton was a New Zealand novelist and short story writer who published under the name G B Lancaster. She lived in England from 1909 until her death in a London nursing home in 1945.
