Description

Shows Rodney Hide Minister for Local Government swinging an axe as though he is fighting in one of the African wars and cutting the red tape of local bodies to shreds. He tells 'bwana', Prime Minister John Key, who stands in the background that the way will soon be clear. Refers to Rodney Hide's enthusiastic attack on what he regards as over-resourced local bodies, particularly his reducing the seven Auckland local bodies to one that will result in a 'supercity'.
