Description: View of Bowen Falls from the South-East end of Milford Sound. A small steamer, possibly the S. S. Otago, is close to the base of the falls and people are sketched in the middle distance, admiring the view. Vegetation and colour notes are included and the sketch is a preliminary one The suggestion that the steamer may be the S. S. Otago was made by Dr John Hall-Jones, during a visit to the Library on 21 June 1999. Intended as a closer view of an extension to the right of E-342-f-003 (suggested by Dr Ruth Pullin on a visit to the Library, October 2014). Quantity: 1 drawing(s).
