Cadastral map of numerous numbered sections on either side of Cole Street and the Waipouhuku Stream adjacent to the Renall Estate. Includes measurements, some sections are marked as sold, Owners names are Miss Cole, H. Cole, McNamara, La Roche, Sutton, McLaughton, Cochrane, Wardell, Mr. Robins, O. Pragnell, Townsend. R. Brown, Donovan, Donald, Bond, Rebay, Graham. Includes sites of three houses. The Makoura Creek is named.
There is an inset locality plan of the area from Pownall, Renall, Cole, Chapel, Hall, Villa, Pine, Perry, Chapel, Queen and Dixon Streets and Lincoln Road. The railway line is marked as is the area comprising the Cole Estate.
