The area mapped is from Taranaki Street and Taranaki Street Wharf to the Clyde Quay Wharf, including Oriental Parade and Blair, Allen and Tory streets off Wakefield Street. Streets named are Cable, Barnett, Chaffers and Herd streets. Three unnamed wharves are marked, probably proposed, between Taranaki Street Wharf and Clyde Quay Wharf. Railway land is marked, as is a boat harbour. Sections are numbered 1 to 25, and section 21 is noted as the original section, while all include acreages and boundary measurements.
