Ennor recorded daily his involvement with the YMCA and the Congregational Church, sporting and domestic activities, and study towards a law degree which he completed in 1920. He also comments on events of the day, in particular news of the war in Europe.
All diaries include ephemeral material (invitations, programmes, stamps, tram tickets, pressed flowers)
