On the bottom floor of a three-storey building a low ceiling (price justification) causes an employer to walk bent over. On the next floor a worker bends beneath a ceiling of a 7% wage increase. On the top floor, there is no ceiling and Muldoon raises his arms to the sun and sky, surrounded by money bags.
