Includes set designs for Scene 3 and Scene 3 A. The first shows figures seated and standing near Mother Courage's caravan, with washing hanging on the line, and a flag being raised on a pole. The second shows two figures standing looking at a body lying in the centre, while Katherine, Mother Courage's daughter, stands off to the left.
