Survey map with cadastral information for a subdivision of 17 residential lots, two crown lots and a new road (Goldsborough Road) at Raumati, north of Raumati Road. Approximate contour lines are drawn at intervals of five feet. A house is marked on lot 1, which is over 1 acre in area. The final, modified plan, dated May 1950, was deposited in April 1951 (DP 15010).
