Photographs of yachts, yachtsmen and yacht racing, mainly relating to Auckland, published in NZ Free Lance, ca 1930s-1950s. Names of some individuals, race events and yachts have been added to Name field.
Includes a series of photographs of Erling Tambs, his family and yacht `Teddy', 1931-1932. Also presentation of Tasman Cup to Tambs at Akarana Yacht Club, Auckland. Photos of yachts at Mansion House Bay, Westhaven (Auckland), Mahurangi Heads Regatta, and at Nelson.
