Contains letters from the missionaries to Leigh and Erskine at Sydney. Includes John Hobbs and James Stack to Leigh, 2 July 1829 re mission supplies, Hobbs to Leigh, 6 July, ordering a tombstone for two men recently drowned at Hokianga, William White to George Erskine, 14 September 1830 about want of supplies and Hobbs to the same on the same subject two days later. Also letters about supplies for the Tonga mission from Turner to Leigh in 1831 and John Thomas to Turner in 1835.
