Description

Shows a London racecourse at the end of a race, with a punter with binoculars, wearing top hat and pin-striped trousers, complaining to a sad-looking jockey. The jockey's horse has come last, because it is wearing old-fashioned cloth nappied, whereas the other horses are wearing lighter weight disposable nappies. Refers to a news item from London, about a proposed solution to the problem of horse manure on race-tracks
