The scene is the baggage collection area in an airport. One sees the fleeing feet of a passenger at the right-hand edge of the image. Scattered around on the ground are abandoned pieces of luggage as their owners flee in the face of an innocent-looking duck sitting on the luggage conveyor belt with a luggage-label around its neck. Refers to panic because of the threat of a bird-flu outbreak.
