Drawn on a base map of the Waipawa Borough, the annotations depict properties with block number, acreage, Crown grant reference numbers and names of purchasers. The properties vary in size from 10 to 30 acres, and are made up of several streets of suburban sized sections.

The names are Robert Mixer Skeet, James Fougere, Thomas Dawson Triphook and Edward George Wright, Louis Noel Du Noyer, William Fannin, Frederick Sedgwick Abbott, Christopher Lockyer, Thomas Gill, Allan MacMaster, Algernon Gray Tollemache.
